This warranty is defined within the following limits:

-This warranty stands only in the country of the purchase and refers to the first owner of the device.

-Only the person explicitly asked by the distributor can take apart, change or repair the device.

This warranty will not stand in case of inappropriate overuse or of conflict with the instructions enunciated by the distributor.

Besides, the latter denies all responsibility regarding accidental, special or indirect damage which would result from the use or the unavailability of this item.

If an intervention is required: please inform the retailer in order to agree with him upon repair modalities. If need be, entrust him with dispatching your device at the distributor. If a return is essential, place the purchased unit in a proper packing -if possible the original one- and enclose to it a copy of your proof of purchase. A preliminary demand must have been done to the distributor. We do recommend that you insure the materials during its carriage, for the product will be conveyed in transit at your own risk.

The distributor will take charge of re-packing, carriage, and insurance.

This warranty is added to you statutory rights and does not limit them at all.
